Thank you for the explainer and I'm sorry that you even had to write this. I am sooooo tired of the people of hate. They never stop trying to hurt others. I'm retired and spend some time each evening watching streaming shows and movies and I will say that some of the shows coming from the UK, Australia, and other parts of the world are showing LGBTQ+ characters prominently. These characters are integrated into the shows and play a central role in the show. I just finished watching DeadLoch (Tazmania - Prime) which is a comedy/murder mystery and I'm watching Ridley (UK - PBS) now to name a couple. I'd highly recommend both shows. It took a while for US audiences to accept black characters in major roles in commercials, ads, TV shows and movies. Moms for Liberty also seem to forget that their children are attending school and playing sports with LGBTQ+ individuals and most of their classmates don't have a problem with that. What'll happen when their children go to college and work with even more diverse individuals. It's hard to stop the haters and I can't wait for the day when they are not in the limelight.
Hi Charlotte - As always, you have stated the situation in a much more diplomatic way than I ever could! I have seen them called Klanned Karenhood, which I find hilarious! BTW, I think the year is stated incorrectly in the caption under the photo.
Hitler,Stalin and Mao…add to this list,Trump,DeSantis,Greene,Boebert,Cruize et’al! The American White Supremacy cult, which is a full blown FASCIST PARTY, is hell bent to turn this country into an Authoritarian State! As a Transgender woman I watch how these vile creatures are insidiously eroding our Democracy from within and these new Dictators in Russia,China and the middle eastern countries and others are being helped with their repression tactics by White Nationalist Christian groups from America, to spread this FASCISM to other countries worldwide! Uganda is the current target! To be LGBTQIA+ there is punishable by death! And they want the same GENOCIDAL LAWS in America too! These monsters must be voted out and the prosecuted for their hate crimes against their own citizens! The Second American Civil War is being fought now from within and it’s just a short step to outright fighting!😞😞😢😢
