Absolutely!! Everyone should ask themselves why, since our first President George Washington, has no other President asked about receiving Presidential immunity from criminal crimes. Even Nixon didn't try to claim immunity. I'll be honest, I was on the fence about expanding the Court but no longer. I also encourage everyone to read Elie Mystal's book Allow Me to Retort: A Black Guy's Guide to the Constitution. He covers expanding the Supreme Court along with a lot more issues. Elie has been right all along.
Enthusiastic yes to this, coupled with term limits for Supreme Court justices and an *enforceable* code of conduct with provisions mandating that justices recuse themselves from cases in which their impartiality could reasonably (if not inevitably) be questioned.
