You are completely right about this. The first I knew about this was when I saw a frame from the video showing her hand in her date's crotch. It is terrible that this is not being covered in the national press, now that we have seen the evidence. Why is she not being charged with obscene behavior in public? And yes, she should be forced to resign from Congress. To whom do we complain about this?

I agree that there is no right to privacy when you're in such a public place. And yes, because of mass shootings in theatres, and other bad behavior by patrons, there are cameras. If you want privacy go to a private place. Besides the groping she was vaping, taking pictures and engaging in other behaviors that were against the rules of the theatre. She is not exempt from following those rules even though she believes she is. One dictionary defines privacy as "the state of being free from pubic attention". She was in public and acted in a way to bring attention to her behaviors.

I’m opposed to slut shaming as well, however she and her partner were engaging in ‘lewd fondling' could be which prosecuted as public indecency, because it was done in a public place where children could likely see it. She’s a public figure, she represents her district in Colorado nationally and should at least have enough brain cells to know what she and her partner were doing does not show integrity, decency or respect. Plus she’s a f’ing hypocrite. She bashes everyone that she has deemed unsuitable(LGBTQ, Drag Queens) going so far as to accuse them of grooming young children. Vaping, taking pictures, disturbing other patrons is just icing on the cake.

She has no right to privacy when engaging in fondling in a public place. The public place piece negates her right to anything resembling privacy. She is a local and national embarrassment. She should resign from her office immediately.

I’m sure her sons were so proud of her.

Actually, I don’t believe in the use of the word slut for anyone. People can have as many sexual partners as they want. It’s a stupid word only intended to shame, let’s be honest, women(inclusivity implied). I’m not sure if anyone in the media was calling Miss Boebert that. If someone has assigned the word slut to her it’s an attempt to deflect from the real issue. In this case the issue is simply Miss Boebert behaved that’s contrary to her beliefs, well those she presents to the public.

She deserves the right to privacy when she's being groped in a public place? I think not. Save the groping for when one gets to the car, or better yet, "get a room".
